This education session will provide health professionals with insight into how to manage health care complaints when a complaint is made.

Audience: All health professionals and practice managers

Topics to be covered:

• The role of the Office of the Health Ombudsman
• What to expect if you receive a health care complaint
• What are my rights and responsibilities when a complaint is made against me
